THE OHIO STATE CIRCLE OF COLUMBIAN SQUIRES
Spring Volleyball Tournament and Spiritual Retreat
"Together One Circle United through Christ"
| WHAT: State Spring Volleyball Tournament and Spiritual Retreat for all Squires and Counselors |
| WHEN: March 13th and 14th, 2010 |
| WHERE: St. Luke's Community Center, Danville, OH |
| START TIME: 11:00am on Saturday and ending apporximately 3:00pm on Sunday |
| WHY: The Spring Volleyball Tournament and Spiritual Retreat is a great time for Squires to both bond with their fellow Squires and to learn more about their Catholic faith. Squires will participate in discussions about faith in their lives, and will share this experience with others from around the State. We would like to see every circle in the state participate, so be sure to bring this up at your next meeting! |
| COST: The cost is $10 per squire/counselor, $50 for a team of 6. A counselor is free for every 4 squires that are brought to the retreat. ALL SQUIRES ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT COUNSELORS, CIRCLE OFFICERS AND THOSE PLANNING TO BE A CANDIDATE FOR STATE CIRCLE OFFICE OR LOCAL CIRCLE OFFICE BE IN ATTENDANCE. |
INFORMATION: You will need to bring the following items: A sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, etc. Dress casual, with one dress-up outfit (NO JEANS) for Sunday Mass. Money for snacks. Do not bring anything that will be a distraction! Also, remember to bring your signed permission slip! (Available in the program book or online) |
